FREE SERVICE RIGHT AT YOUR HOME!

Did you know that we provide completely free servicing for our electric scooters? Distance is no problem! Whether you are in Ostrava or Prague, our service team will come straight to your door...

We have encountered cases where larger equipment sent to us for repair has suffered mechanical damage during transport, mainly because it exceeds the permitted dimensions (for example, overhanging Euro pallets) or is inadequately packed.

To improve our services and make our work more efficient, we therefore offer free repairs directly at the customer's home.

What does this mean?

If a breakdown or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period on a RACCEWAY electric scooter, we will carry out the repair free of charge in the comfort of your home. You do not need to ship or transport the scooter, avoiding the risk of mechanical damage during transport.
